ಆದರಣೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳೇ,
ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರಯುತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಮಾನವನು ದೇವತ್ವದ ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಬಲ್ಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಆತನ ಒಳಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಮಾನವನನ್ನು ಈ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕಾದುದು ಪಾಲಕರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿಕೊಡುವುದು ಸಮಾಜದ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ.
ಧರ್ಮದ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವನ್ನು ಪರಮವೈಭವದತ್ತ ಒಯ್ಯಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿದವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯರು. ಹಿಂದೂ ಧರ್ಮ ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೇ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವುದೇ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ. ಈ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ತಳಹದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರಯುತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕೊಡುವುದೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಧ್ಯೇಯ.
ಇಂತಹ ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರಯುತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೆಲ್ಯಾಡಿ ಪರಿಸರದ ಮಗುವಿಗೂ ದೊರೆಯಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಸದುದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನೆಲ್ಯಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ಶಿಶುಮಂದಿರ ದಿನಾಂಕ 20-10-2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ್ಮ ತಳೆಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಐದನೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಿಶುಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ೩೪ ಶಿಶುಗಳು ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ ಶಿಶುಮಂದಿರ ತನ್ನ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜದ ಉನ್ನತಿಗೂ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮಾತೃ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಬಾಲಗೋಕುಲ, ವಸಂತ ಶಿಬಿರ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸದಾ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶಾರೀರಿಕ, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ವಿಕಾಸವು ಧರ್ಮಶ್ರದ್ಧೆ, ದೇಶಪ್ರೇಮ ಮತ್ತು ದೈವಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತಾಗ ಅದು ನಿಜವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂತಹಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೂ ಆವಶ್ಯಕ. ಈ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 01-06-2010ರಂದು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 20 ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಎರಡನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 24 ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಮೂರನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 24 ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರಯುತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ೨2013-14ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ 4ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಮಗುವಿನ ಮಾತೃಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಜ್ನಾನಿಗಳ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದಂತೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಾತಾಜಿಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನಿಬ್ಬರು ಮಾತಾಜಿಯವರು ಮತ್ತು ಒಬ್ಬರು ಶ್ರೀಮಾನ್ ಈ ಕೈಂಕರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸರಕಾರದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅನುದಾನ ಪಡೆಯದ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸಹೃದಯೀ ದಾನಿಗಳ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ದಾನಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಇವರ ಕಟ್ಟಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಶುಮಂದಿರವು, ಶ್ರೀ ರವಿಚಂದ್ರ ಹೊಸವೊಕ್ಲು ಇವರ ಕಟ್ಟಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ತರಗತಿಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನೆಲ್ಯ್ಯಾಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನೆಕ್ರಾಜೆ ಸಮೀಪ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಸ್ವಂತ ನಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲೇ ಬೇಕಾದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿದೆ. ತಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಶುಮಂದಿರದ ಕೊಠಡಿ, ನಾಲ್ಕು ತರಗತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನೀರು, ಶೌಚಾಲಯ, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮುಂತಾದ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದೆ. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಸುಮಾರು ಐವತ್ತು (50) ಲಕ್ಷ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಯೋಜನೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿದೆ.
ವಿದ್ಯೆ ದಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವ ಚಿಂತನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಸತ್ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹೃದಯೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳಾದ ತಾವು ತಮ್ಮ ತನು, ಮನ, ಧನ ಸಹಾಯ ನೀಡಿ ಈ ಪುಣ್ಯಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಿನಯಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ಈ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನೀವು ನೀಡುವ ದೇಣಿಗೆಗಳು ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಕಲಂ 80 ಜಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತದೆ.

Principled Education would lead the human being into Heavenly by exposing inner strength and courage. Good Education is to tool of the human being to become able and dynamic. It is the bounded responsibility of the parents to provide good education, so also it is the responsibility of the society to provide the necessary education infrastructure.
Hinduism has got all the capacity to guide and enlighten all in the world and Hindu culture is based on this. With the noble desire and intention to provide such principled good education to the children of Nellyady locality and nearby villages, Shree Rama Shishumandira was born on 20-10-2009 at Nellyady. During 4th year, at present 34 kids are getting the benefit. Apart from this, the Shishumandira is contributing for welfare of the societies by its own continued activities. Mathru Mandali and Balagokula, vasantha Shibira etc, are always active in the field.
Religious belief is the tool for physical and mental development Education based on Patriotism and Religious awareness is the real education, which is quite essential for the present generation too. On this sole motive and object, Shree Rama Primary School started functioning on 1-6-2010. At present 20 children in 1st standard, 24 children in 2nd standard and 24 children in 3rd standard are getting such education studying in Shree Rama Primary School, Nellyady. 4th standard will be stared during the year 2013-14. It is the intention to provide education in mother language Kannada only. At present one Mataji and supported by two Matajis and one Shreeman are in the task, by providing good educational atmosphere.
Our organization is functioning without any aid from the Government. The Shishumandira is in a building given by Sri. Subrahmanya Acharya and 1st , 2nd and 3rd standard is functioning in the building given by Sri. Ravichandra Hosavoklu. Earnest efforts are being made by the organization to get a suitable site near Nekraje of Nellyady village for construction of own building during the next academic year itself, which is quite essential and inenitable as well. The urgent need of our is to provide premises for Shishumandira, 4 class rooms and one teachers room, costing not less than Rs. 50.00 lakhs.
