Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha Puttur (R) has pioneered itself in the field of education with a very high-quality infant education. The young minds are trained for the evolution of the body and versatility. Education is not just about letter learning, but it has the power to make a baby Shiva. A child imitates the elders and learns to be with the peers. In the past, there were many children in a family who would play together, watch and learn behaviour at home. Hence, there was a chance to sow and instill values in a child in an altered social situation. But now it is the responsibility of the society to create a conducive environment for sowing values in a changed social position. In the modern education system the opportunities for holistic growth among children are low. Keeping this in mind, the Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha has started and is successfully running the babysitting institutions. There is no imposition of textbooks in infant schools. The lesson goes on through games, plays, and activities where policies, culture and ethics are conveyed. Each child’s speciality is recognized and guided. Games suitable for the child’s physical and mental development are implemented.
