Sri Shanmukha Deva High School, Perlampaadi
Perlampady is in the centre of Kolthige village, which is in Puttur T.Q. of D.K. District. The distance between Puttur and Perlampady is 23 Kilometers. Perlampady is supported by an agrarian economy. Arecanut, coconut, pepper, polymer, banana are the major crops. This peace loving village is gifted with Shanmukhadeva High School. The geographical area of this village is 1129.49 Hector. The total population of this area is 6095. Kolthige village has one Primary health center, 7 Primary Schools, 10 Anganavadies, 2 High Schools, 2 Temples, Mosques, Milk Society, Forest department, Ambedkar Bhavan, Library so on. This High school building is situated at a distance half a Kilometre from the centre of Perlampady.
Our school Shanmukhadeva is affiliated to Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha Puttur®. It was established under the able leadership of Shri K. Rama Bhat the then M.L.A. on August 12, 1983 Founder convener Shri Dr. S. Subraya Bhat’s home became a makeshift school. Gradually four rooms were built with help of doners and parent institution. The decennial celebration of our school was celebrated and 3 class rooms were built to commemorate the celebration. The silver jubilee year of the High school witnessed the construction of 2 additional rooms and one store room. Captain Ganesh Karnik, M.L.C. has sanctioned Rs. 2lakhs under the local development committee scheme and a computer room has been built by the same fund.
The Anna poorna Midday meal building was built with the cost of Rs. 3,61,250 under the aid of Govt. of Karnataka. It was inaugurated on 4-1-2014.
An auditorium- 110 feet length, 65 feet width with 2 green rooms on either side of the stage was inaugurated on January 3, 2015. The much vaunted auditorium caters multiple needs of our institution namely viz. prayer hall. Venue for public function school day celebration, cultural extra vagance, indoor game, mass Yoga etc.
At present the strength of the school is 152, 7 teachers, 1 non-teaching staff. According to the guidelines of department C.C.T.V. has been installed in the school premises. Although our library is gifted with a whopping 3,108 books, we need a well furnished state of tha art library. We need a well furnished Science Labaratory, Sports room, Water supply system so on.
Our S.S.L.C. result for the year 2012-13 -93% and 2013-14-73%. Kumari Jasmitha D and Krithi Rai have passed NNMS and eligible to get merit scholarship. Mohammad Irshad has represented our school inspire award competition.
Our school has been honoured with the zonal and Taluk level Prathibha Kharanji championship. Our school has won 1st prize in the state level Tulu Prathibha Kharanji elocution for successive 2 years.
We encourage our students in curricular and co-curricular activities our objective is the all round development of every child who comes to our institution. ಪೆರ್ಲಂಪಾಡಿ : ಷಣ್ಮುಖದೇವ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿಟ್ಟು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಕೊಳ್ತಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ವಿಕಾಸ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮೊದಲ ಸಭೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಸಭಾಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾವರ್ಧಕ ಸಂಘ ಪುತ್ತೂರು(ರಿ) ಇದರ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಒಂದೊಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ವಿಕಾಸ ಯೋಜನೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನದಂತೆ ಷಣ್ಮುಖದೇವ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕೊಳ್ತಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಏಕೆ, ಹೇಗೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಗ್ರಾಮದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಡಾ| ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಭಟ್ ಕೊಂಕೋಡಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ’ನಿಜವಾದ ರಾಮರಾಜ್ಯ ಗ್ರಾಮರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟು, ಗಾಂಧಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ದಿನವೇ ಈ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂತಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಗ್ರಾಮ ವಿಕಾಸ ಅತಿ ಸುಲಭವೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ’ಇಡ್ಕಿದು ಗ್ರಾಮ’ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ, ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಾರ್ಯ, ಸುರಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೋಸಾಕಾಣಿಕೆ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಪ್ರಕಲ್ಪಗಳ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ವಿನಿಮಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಕೊಳ್ತಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ವಿಕಾಸ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ದಿವಾಕರ ರೈ ಕೆರೆಮೂಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ. ಸುಬ್ಬಯ್ಯ ಗೌಡ, ಕುದ್ಕುಳಿ(ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ), ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ. ಸೀತಾರಾಮ ಅಮಳ(ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರ), ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶಾರದಾ ಪುಳ್ಳಾಜೆ(ಆರೋಗ್ಯ), ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ನಾಯಕ್, ಆನಡ್ಕ(ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ), ಶ್ರೀ ವೆಂಕಪ್ಪ ನಾಯ್ಕ, ಕಣ್ಣಕಜೆ(ಸುರಕ್ಷೆ) ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್.ಪಿ.ಮುರಲೀಧರ ಕೆಮ್ಮಾರ(ಗೋಸೇವೆ) ಇವರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ’ಗ್ರಾಮವಿಕಾಸ ಸಮಿತಿ’ಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ ಆರ್. ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ ಗೌಡ ಕುಂಟಿಕಾನ, ಇವರ ಅಧ್ಷಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಗಿರಿಜಾ ಧನಂಜಯ ಪೂಜಾರಿ, ಶಾಲಾ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಣೇಶ ಭಟ್ ಮಾಫಲಮಜಲು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ-ರಕ್ಷಕ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಚಾಲೆಪಡ್ಪು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಗ್ರಾಮದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ 40 ಜನ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು. ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಭೆ ದಿ.: 19-10-2015 ರಂದು ಪೂರ್ವಾಹ್ಣ 9.30 ಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವುದು. ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಲೋಕಯ್ಯ ಡಿ, ಇವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿ, ವಂದಿಸಿದರು.
